Call Whisper is sometimes known as call screening and allows you to identify which of your advertised or marketing numbers has been called.
When your phone rings, you will hear a short “call identifying” message of your choice when the call is answered. During this time the caller continues to hear ringing tone, giving you time to decide how to answer the call. You can then decide whether to accept or reject the call by pressing the pre-defined options on your keypad.
The call whisper service tells you in advance which of your numbers or services the caller has dialled before you answer to inform you that the call is business-related.
This feature can be used to identify where the call has come from and whether it is originating from one your marketing numbers or just someone who has dialled your number directly i.e a friend or family member.

The call whisper service can be used with 01 and 02 Local, 0800 Freephone, 0845 Business and 03 UK Wide numbers, depending on which number is best suited to your business. You can also add it to your existing business telephone number by completing a simple and free porting process.
