Inbound call recording is commonly used for monitoring and training purposes as well as Financial and insurance services who are required by law to record their inbound calls. This service is also widely used by businesses who are looking to improve their customer telephone experience and staff productivity.
When calls come in, each hears a bespoke welcome message to introduce them to your company followed by: ‘Please note, calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes’. The call is then connected as normal and at the end of the call you will receive an automated email with the call attached to store or you can choose an online in your own time. Calls can be securely stored online for up to 6 months.
The inbound call recording service can be attached to your existing business telephone number by completing a simple porting process free of charge or attached to any new number.
Want to Record outbound calls?
You can now get a unique call recording number to record outbound calls, simply ‘dial’ the access number with a PIN for security then dial the number you want to call and record.
